Why do you show your prices when most designers don't?
Because hiding prices wastes everyone's time and breeds distrust. A starting range up front means you can tell if we're a fit before you ever pick up the phone. It's how we'd want to be treated.
What affects the final price?
Mostly the number of pages, the features you need (booking, e-commerce, forms), and whether you need branding and content created from scratch. You always get one fixed quote before any work begins.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. We build stores on Shopify, and you own the store: your customers check out securely through Shopify. For just a few products, we can add a simple "buy" button to a regular site (Shop Add-On). For a full catalog, we build a custom Shopify store that looks like your brand, not a template, and that you can edit yourself. We can also manage it for you each month with Store Care.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Projects are typically split into a deposit and a balance at launch, and care plans are billed monthly. We'll find something that works for your budget.
Are there ongoing costs?
You'll need hosting and a domain, which are inexpensive. Our optional care plan bundles hosting, updates, speed monitoring, and small edits so you don't have to think about it.
