Historic Old Town · Est. 2002

Fort Collins' first yoga studio. Small-group practice in a 120-year-old building on Linden Street.

Come as you are. Breathe a little deeper. For over twenty years we've held space for beginners and lifelong practitioners alike: warm light, worn brick, and a teacher who knows your name.

Five ways to step onto the mat.

Every class is small-group and capped at twelve, so your teacher can actually see you. New to yoga? Start with Beginners or Slow Flow; there's no wrong door.

Vinyasa

All levels · 60 min · Heated to 82°

Breath-linked movement that builds heat and rhythm. Expect creative sequencing, a few inversions if you want them, and a long, earned savasana.

Slow Flow

Open level · 60 min

Vinyasa with the volume turned down. Fewer poses, held longer, with time to find alignment. The sweet spot for most bodies on most days.

Restorative

All levels · 75 min · Props provided

Bolsters, blankets, and total support. Five or six shapes held for minutes at a time to down-shift your nervous system. Deeply rest, fully held.

Yin

All levels · 75 min · Candlelit

Floor poses held three to five minutes to reach the connective tissue and quiet the mind. Meditative, sometimes intense, always grounding.

Beginners

No experience · 60 min · 4-week series

The fundamentals, unhurried. Breath, the building-block poses, and how to use props, taught from the ground up so the rest of the schedule opens to you.

Online & on-demand

Stream live or anytime

Can't make it in? Most classes stream live from the studio, and our library holds 200+ recorded sessions. Your membership covers both.

Our story

A 120-year-old building, a 22-year-old practice.

When we opened the doors in 2002, Fort Collins didn't have a yoga studio yet. We made ours in a second-floor room on Linden Street: original brick, tall windows, fir floors worn smooth by a century of footsteps before they ever held a mat.

Two decades later, not much about that feeling has changed. We're still independent, still small on purpose, still run by teachers rather than a corporate calendar. Generations of Fort Collins have learned to breathe here.

"The light comes in around 7am and the whole room goes gold. People stop mid-pose just to notice."
